This week’s congressional hearing featured testimony concerning an alleged video of a UAP off the coast of Kuwait. While there is still a lot to digest from the hearing, one of the most extraordinary claims to come out during the proceedings was the alleged existence of a 12-minute-long, color video showing a “white orb” emerging from the ocean around 20 miles from the coast of Kuwait.
Filmed from a helicopter, this footage – which has not been released to the public as of yet – was reportedly discovered on a secure internal network used by the Department of Defense to transmit classified information.
The revelation comes courtesy of journalist Michael Shellenberger who testified at the hearing.
“Halfway through the video, [my source] said, the orb is joined by another orb that briefly comes into the frame from the left before rapidly moving again out of the frame,” he said.
The existence of this video wasn’t the only interesting thing to come out of the hearing either.
At one point, co-chair Nancy Mace brought out a 12-page document concerning a secretive UAP crash-retrieval program known as “Immaculate Constellation”.
Delivered by Shellenberger, the report had been written by a whistleblower who claimed that “the executive branch has been managing UAP issues without congressional knowledge, oversight, or authorization for some time, possibly decades.”
Controversial former DoD official Luis Elizondo also spoke at the hearing.
“The vehicles we’re talking about… are performing in excess of 1,000, 2,000, 3,000Gs,” he said.
“We are talking about technologies that outperform anything in our [military] inventory.”
They are clearly “intelligently controlled”, he added.
