Of all the sightings, incidents and reports concerning the UFO
phenomenon, the Roswell Incident must be one of the most
controversial.
Many ufologists, scientists, and researchers believe the U.S.
government knew at the beginning what happened that day in New
Mexico, and so began one of the biggest UFO cover-ups in history.
A strange unidentified craft was seen over the desert and crashed there.
Investigators from the local airbase were sent to collect debris from the
wreckage. It was analyzed at the Wright Patterson air force base at
Dayton in Ohio. Photographers at the scene were subsequently told that
the wreckage was from a weather balloon which the original team at
Roswell had failed to recognise. Intelligence officer for Roswell, Jesse
Marcel always insisted this claim was untrue. He stated numerous times
that this balloon was “nothing built by us”.
Years after the incident it was suggested that the original wreckage and
an occupant had been stored in an armed and secured establishment
somewhere in Ohio, along with wreckage from previous crashes and the
contents thereof.

The Incident was largely forgotten until 1980 when William Moore and
Stanton Friedman published their search for eyewitnesses. It has since
been proved beyond any doubt that the weather balloon story was a
cover up.
In 1991, results of extensive interviews with Roswell residents, and
relatives of those involved were published along with accounts of the few
witnesses left alive.
There is no doubt, something strange occurred on that day in the desert
at Roswell, New Mexico. An unidentified craft crashed that is beyond
debate.
We also should look at the location of the incident:
Roswell housed the only atomic bomber squadron.
2 years earlier [1945] atomic bombs had been tested at the sight.
Classified research into rockets and missiles took place. It is also
possible [though not confirmed] that secret experimental aircraft were
being tested at the site. If it was one of these secret craft which
crashed, few would have recognised it.
To this day it has not been revealed [officially] what happened on that
day. Speculation knows no boundaries.

Someone knows the truth. Humanity has a right be
told it.
